Container accepted, digest valid, structural checks passed, and format recognized. This confirms the artifact bytes and structure.

License declared, source notes supplied, intended use supplied, and rights attested. This describes the publisher’s declared provenance.

Artifact verification does not guarantee that the contained knowledge is factually correct. Quality and audit states are communicated separately.
